Agility Robotics Begins Nasdaq Trading After Completed SPAC Merger
Agility Robotics announced November 5 that its shares are beginning trading on Nasdaq under AGLT after completing its business combination with Churchill Capital Corp XI on November 4. The merger and related financings provided approximately US$465 million in gross capital before transaction expenses, according to the company. Its warrants trade under AGLTW.
Agility says its Digit humanoid robots have accumulated more than 65,000 operating hours and are deployed with GXO, Schaeffler and Toyota Motor Manufacturing Canada. The company also reports more than $300 million in committed multi-year Digit 5 orders, subject to contractual milestones. The listing is a new development rather than a repeat of the earlier financing forecast.

Packsize and Swisslog Formalize Fulfillment Automation Partnership
Packsize and Swisslog have announced a partnership to combine on-demand, right-sized packaging equipment with warehouse automation design and integration. Their stated approach is to consider carton production alongside storage, retrieval, order sequencing and packing rather than add packaging equipment after the rest of a fulfillment system has been specified.
The companies say they have already worked together on multiple projects, making the November 4 announcement a formalized partnership rather than their first joint installation. Swisslog supplies integrated warehouse automation systems, while Packsize provides equipment that produces cartons matched to order dimensions.
