The Raymond Corporation continues to broaden its electric material handling portfolio with equipment aimed at different segments of the warehouse market, pairing an affordable lithium-ion walkie pallet jack for everyday operations with a recently introduced intelligent stand-up counterbalanced forklift for more demanding applications, in line with the increasing growth in this market segment.
The newest addition is the Raymond Basics RBW45 Walkie Pallet Jack, a 4,500-pound-capacity, lithium-ion-powered truck designed to provide an economical alternative to manual pallet jacks while reducing operator effort. Target applications include retail, warehousing, delivery, loading docks, trailers, mezzanines and elevators, where compact equipment is often required.

The electric walkie features powered travel and lift-lower functions, pinwheel steering for maneuvering in confined spaces, keypad access to discourage unauthorized operation and an available spare battery to help reduce interruptions during busy shifts. Raymond said the truck is in stock for immediate delivery.
Serving Different Warehouse Needs
While the RBW45 targets light- and medium-duty material handling, Raymond’s recently introduced 4260 Stand-Up Counterbalanced Truck addresses higher-capacity applications where productivity, fleet visibility and operator assistance technologies are becoming increasingly important.
Available in capacities ranging from 3,000 to 5,000 pounds, the Raymond 4260 incorporates integrated telematics readiness, lithium-ion battery compatibility and a suite of intelligent features designed to improve both truck performance and operational visibility.
An integrated iMONITOR® display provides operators with real-time information such as load weight, fork height and mast tilt angle, while optional iWAREHOUSE® technologies add capabilities including object detection, notification and real-time location tracking.
The truck also features electric power steering, regenerative braking, an expanded operator compartment with adjustable controls and enhanced ergonomic padding, along with tool-free service access intended to simplify maintenance.
