Flux Power G2 Series
The newly designed product portfolio from Flux Power offers a variety of models suitable for different purposes. These include models for order pickers, narrow aisle trucks with a 36-volt system, and a wide range of GSE (Ground Support Equipment) vehicles equipped with heavy-duty battery packs optimized for optimal performance. The modular components of these batteries can be customized to meet voltage and capacity requirements, ranging from 24 to 80 volts and 210 to 840 amp hours (Ah). To cater to diverse indoor and outdoor applications, the batteries now feature active cooling and heating systems, ensuring reliable operation in both hot and cold environments. They also provide protection against extreme temperatures, overcharge/discharge, high current, and drive-away incidents. Additionally, the batteries come with high IP (Ingress Protection) ratings, such as IP66, to prevent water intrusion.
Flux Power has a track record of successful test cycles with their previous generations of clean energy battery packs. As a result, UL Solutions has authorized the company to conduct compliance testing internally at its manufacturing facility in Vista, California. Throughout the approval process, the UL Solutions team conducts periodic inspections both on-site and virtually to ensure compliance with safety standards. They closely monitor the test schedule and provide oversight at specific intervals, guaranteeing the batteries meet the required quality and safety regulations.
