Quick answers
Should I get certified before I apply for warehouse jobs?
Sometimes, but not always. Many employers train and evaluate operators in-house. If a job expects you to arrive trained, make sure you can clearly explain what hands-on evaluation you completed and for what equipment type.
Is warehouse work “just forklift driving”?
Not usually. Many warehouse roles are primarily picking, staging, accuracy, and pace, with equipment operation added once you prove reliability and safety habits.
Where do I start if I’m new?
If you want the job first, start with the Warehouse Jobs Hub. If you need the training first, start with the Training & Certification Hub. If you’re unsure, read the order selector overview and the beginner training guide linked above.
